Returns & Exchanges
At Diners Club, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
